This 4-week class teaches a practical technique called EFT Tapping—a simple, body-based method that helps calm the nervous system and reduce emotional intensity in the moment.
Each class includes guided tapping rounds you can use for your own real-life challenges, ie. issues with work pressure, anxiety loops, sleep, confidence, boundaries, and more.

Do you feel mentally overloaded, stuck in overthinking, or like your nervous system is always “on”? This class teaches a simple, evidence-informed technique called EFT Tapping to help you calm emotional intensity, reduce anxiety patterns, and feel more grounded in daily life.

In this class you will learn how to:

  • Calm your body quickly when emotions spike
  • Reduce worry loops and mental “noise”
  • Feel more confident and steady under pressure
  • Release emotional stress stored in the body
  • Build a repeatable “reset routine” you can use anytime

What to expect each week:

  • Beginner-friendly instruction (no experience needed)
  • Several guided rounds of tapping each session
  • You tap as a group—on your own private issue
  • Simple take-home tools you can use immediately
  • A calm, supportive environment (no pressure to share)

Judith (Judy) Zorn is a Certified Clinical EFT Practitioner who helps people reduce stress and anxiety, calm the nervous system, and feel more grounded and resilient in daily life. Her work is rooted in lived experience and shaped by a deep belief that meaningful change is possible—even when life feels overwhelming. After surviving stage 4 cancer, Judy discovered EFT tapping as a powerful tool for regulating fear, anxiety, and emotional intensity, and it became a turning point in her healing journey.

With a diverse background as a professional musician and studio coach, and years as a special needs attorney supporting individuals and families through complex life challenges, Judy brings a unique blend of compassion, clarity, and steady guidance to her teaching. Through her Gentle Path approach, she teaches simple, effective tapping techniques that help release emotional tension, shift limiting patterns, and build inner resilience—so participants feel calmer, clearer, and more confident in everyday life.
