Stop Living on Edge: The Stress & Anxiety Reset Experience

Thursday, March 13 • 3:30 PM
North Central Michigan College (NCMC)
Cost: $97 (includes your Freedom Box)

If stress and anxiety have you living on edge—overthinking, exhausted, tight in your body, and stuck in the same loop—this session is for you.

This experience blends a powerful presentation with Pause Breathe Proceed™ (3 words, 1 habit), plus an immersive 9D Breathwork: Stress & Anxiety Journey to help your body release tension and your mind quiet down. You’ll also receive a Freedom Box—tools you take home so this doesn’t end when the class ends.

You’ll leave with:

  • A simple method to interrupt stress in real time

  • A calmer, more regulated nervous system

  • Tools to keep breaking patterns and limiting beliefs at home

What to bring + how to prep

  • Bring a yoga mat and anything comfy: blanket, pillow, bolster, or sleeping bag

  • Eat beforehand, but avoid a big meal right before

  • Come hydrated
