The holidays have a way of bringing out the best… and sometimes the most stressful parts of our relationships. From well-meaning questions about your life choices to the pressure of saying yes to every invitation, it’s easy to lose your peace in the middle of the chaos. Setting boundaries during this time of year isn’t selfish—it’s how you preserve your energy, enjoy the season, and show up as your best self.
This session is about learning how to say “no” without guilt, stand strong in your values, and create more balance when family dynamics get tricky. We’ll talk about real-life scenarios (because who hasn’t had that awkward holiday dinner moment?) and practice language you can actually use. You’ll leave with a plan that helps you navigate holiday stress without feeling like you have to please everyone else first.
Think of it as your personal survival kit for the season: a combination of practical strategies, mindset shifts, and supportive community conversations. Together, we’ll create space for gratitude and laughter without letting the pressure eat away at your joy.
