For almost three decades, Dr. Paul Moore has been studying the unique and invisible ways that underwater creatures use to find food, learn which predators have a full or empty stomach, and miraculously locate the places of their birth. Dr. Moore is a professor at Bowling Green State University and has been a researcher and instructor at the University of Michigan Biological Station on Douglas Lake for 28 years. While he’s here for the summer, he will join us to explain what his research has revealed about a world where smell is far more important than sight or sound.
