We (Jennifer and Lilah) met in an improv class—yes, the kind where you're encouraged to “yes, and” your way through awkward scenarios and hilarious dialogue. Somewhere between the laughter and the vulnerable truth-telling, we recognized a powerful connection: we both believe in holding space for growth, helping people understand themselves, and making transformation feel a little more human and a lot less intimidating.
Now, we're teaming up to bring you The Reset Retreat— a day to recharge, reflect, and rediscover your center. It's time to come back to yourself.

Dr. Lilah Clevey is a Clinical Psychologist with a PhD from Eastern Michigan University. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and relationship dynamics. With a warm, down-to-earth approach, she integrates aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy with values-based reflection to help clients manage distress, build emotional resilience, and lead more empowered lives.

Jennifer Lovely is a Certified Mastery Transformational Coach and Yoga Instructor with years of experience guiding women through life transitions, mindset shifts, and wellness journeys. She helps clients prioritize their well-being, rewrite limiting beliefs, and step into their next chapter with clarity and confidence.
