A 30 minute intense full contact karate training session followed by an optional 15 minutes cool down time.   This class focuses on pad work and conditioning. Partners practice slammer pad drills for kicks and punches while stationary and moving up and down the floor. A brief warm up with calisthenics and stretching then we will train full contact karate techniques on pads, with intermittent planks, archie bunkers, and a minute of knee raises to finish the class. There will be no forms, sparring, or grappling. This class will develop strength, fitness, and karate techniques through pad work. No prior experience with martial arts is required. All are welcome to train with us.

Students are ok to wear regular/everday workout clothes.

Some students may want gloves and shin guards to protect unconditioned knuckles and insteps. They are recommended, but not required.

This is a co-ed class for ages 17 and above.

Refunds are unavailable within 48hrs of this class
