Frontline Leader

Provide frontline leaders the tools to improve communication, engagement, and productivity of frontline workers. Using our exclusive Active Learning Model (ALM), participants will learn through assessment, practice, application, and reflection. After attending this course, you will receive the knowledge and tools needed to effectively lead a work group or team. Participants will be able to:

  • Apply work styles to the role of a leader using the DiSC personality assessment
  • Listen and paraphrase to improve understanding and employee engagement
  • Deliver effective feedback following useful guidelines
  • Coach and monitor delegates’ performance
  • Manage conflict appropriately by applying the Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode instrument
