Every person and family deserves a solid foundation for a brighter future.

Purchasing a home in Northwest Michigan, specifically in Emmet and Charlevoix counties, isn’t just buying a house, it’s investing in your family’s future. The Northwest Michigan Habitat for Humanity and Northwest Michigan Community Action Agency assist residents in purchasing a safe and decent place to call home

This online presentation will cover the Habitat for Humanity Home Ready program by discussing the program qualifications, application process, home buying process, how to take your first steps to homeownership, and more. The Northwest Michigan Community Action Agency (NMCAA) will cover how to understand, strengthen, and boost your credit score, giving you the edge you need to secure a mortgage.
