As we gain comfort with our Tarot cards, one of the ways to put that comfort into practice is through reading. For ourselves, this may involve perhaps a daily card for meditation, or more focused readings to help us problem solve, explore creativity, and the like. Consistent reading also helps us develop even more our comfort with the cards. One of the ways this happens is moving from applying keywords for individual cards we find in books or websites to telling stories across them through their symbols, figures, and scenes—and, as always, with our intuition guiding the way. But how do we make that leap from memorized terms to more fluid storytelling? Join us for an interactive Tarot workshop that offers both strategies and interactive practice to develop those skills. Some basic familiarity with Tarot cards is helpful but is not required. All experience levels are welcome.
NOTE: You will need access to a Tarot deck for these workshops; a second deck can be helpful but is not necessary. Please feel free to bring a deck you have; if you need to acquire one, Inspired Living (Boyne City) and Poetess and Stranger (Petoskey) have a variety of great options.
Cancellations are non-refundable within 48 hours of this event.
