The Rising Hope Equestrian Center is a non-profit organization located just north of Harbor Springs on the Black Forest Hall property now under the care of the Little Traverse Conservancy. Under the leadership of Leah Keller, its staff offer camps throughout the year for kids to experience horses for the first time. The Exceptional Riders Program at the Center, led by Heather Chism, provides free therapeutic riding experiences for children and adults with special needs to improve their balance and self-esteem. Leah and Heather will explain their inspiring programs.
