Every commercial airline flight around the world is under the careful supervision of highly trained air traffic controllers. Ron Bazman worked for more than 30 years as a controller for the Federal Aviation Administration at airports across the U.S., most recently as manager of airport operations at Detroit Metropolitan Airport. He will give us a behind-the-scenes look at the high-stress job of keeping airliners and their passengers safe day and night, high in the sky and on the ground, good weather and bad, 365 days a year.
Your fee includes a buffet lunch beginning at 11:30 am, lecture begins at noon.
Masks are optional inside NCMC facilities.
Cancellations are non-refundable within 48 hours of this event.
