Hon. Valerie K. Snyder is the Probate and Family Court Judge for Charlevoix and Emmet Counties. She will explain how her court partners with many community agencies to help youthful offenders avoid future involvement in the justice system. Judge Snyder oversees the court’s school program, juvenile drug treatment court, therapy and counseling services, and family engagement, all aimed at helping young people caught in the legal system achieve positive outcomes.
Your fee includes a buffet lunch beginning at 11:30 am, lecture begins at noon.
