Midwest Grows Green: Protecting Pollinators at HomeThis class will help to illustrate the critical need to reverse the decline of pollinators and how you can create pollinator habitat at home by not mowing, planting native and avoiding pesticides. Attendees should leave this presentation with the ability to protect pollinators and participate in movements such as ”No Mow May.”

Ryan Anderson is the Sustainable Communities Manager for the Project Management Institute of North America. A 2016 National Academies of Sciences Fellow, Ryan has extensive experience advancing science-based solutions in urban and residential communities highlighted by his leadership of Midwest Grows Green (MGG) sustainable landscaping initiative.
